The US president shared the fake photo, where his head was photographed on the body of a topless muscular boxer, to his 67.1 million Twitter followers on Wednesday afternoon. But social media users scoffed at President Trump for posting the image, with one person writing "you WISH!"
The untitled tweet was enjoyed by over 100,000 people and hundreds mocked the president for sharing the photoshopped image believed to be the body of the infamous boxer Rocky Balboa.
One person wrote: “It is better to add two cups to make the image more accurate.”
Another reviewer said, "The man has lost his mind."
A third said, "Is it me, or did this picture of Trump Rocky cause anyone else to vomit a little in the mouth?"
Another user wrote, "Well, you definitely have brain damage from a boxer, Sideshow Blob, but your body definitely bears a much stronger resemblance to the Marshmallow Stay-Puft man these days."
Others shared actual photographs of the president to correct Trump about the fake image.
But some users have praised President Trump for sharing the image, with one person writing, "This is your best tweet yet."
Another person dubbed the Tweet "tweet of the year".
They wrote: "You're competing with yourself for the tweet of the year … this is at the top."
A third wrote: “BEST PRESIDENT EVER!”
